栾英成,男,山东烟台人,博士毕业于东南大学交通学院道路工程专业。近五年以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI/EI论文20篇,担任Journal of Cleaner Production,Construction and Building Materials,Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering,Road Materials and Pavement Design等期刊审稿人。
